I turned on RadioU about two months ago, and you guys really helped open my eyes. Since I've opened my heart up and started a relationship with Jesus my life seems to have just fixed itself. I got a new job, a new place to live and I'm really straightening out. Thank you for everything you've done for me. What you guys do is just amazing I hope my support helps this cause continue.

About a year ago, a lot of stuff happened in my life, and I stopped trusting everyone, including God. I became a heavy cutter, and one night, I stayed up all night crying and struggling with thoughts of suicide. I don't know why, but I turned on the tv. TVU was on, and someone was talking about cutting and how Jesus could take all our pain away. Even our deepest hurts were nothing compared to His love. I broke down and cried out to God to help me. My friend told me she had this awesome TV channel where you could watch music videos all day and so of course I thought that was the most sweet thing ever. Now I listen to RadioU and watch TVU all the time. I have constantly struggled with what music to listen to and you guys make it easy for me to have good music all the time. I don't have to worry about bad lyrics or anything; I can just turn it on. I have even gotten most of my friends into your music. One last thing I love about you guys: you play scream-o and all the hardcore stuff that no one else wants to play. You guys have no idea how much I appreciate you.

I am so glad that I found RadioU. One of the biggest things I struggle with is music. I need to listen to music that doesn't talk about killing all the time; music that helps my faith and not that hinders it. RadioU is helping me with that. This has been an interesting year. After a couple of weeks of not feeling quite right I broke down and went to the doctor, who told me in no uncertain terms that I am diabetic. While in my dad's car on the way to the hospital for blood work I knew I needed RadioU and while staring out the window in shock and disbelief I heard Grits singing "Everything's going to be all right, going to be Okay," and I smiled for the first time in several hours. I can't describe what a shock it is to have this dropped on you but I can say that every song has taken on new life and meaning for me: "Never going back to yesterday - never going back to okay," or "When the weight of the world seems to be on you, the hand of hope will carry you," or "Just be still and breathe..." Another example of being right on time was my first insulin injection. Turned it on and it was "Hey John, what's your name again?" PERFECT. I wanted something loud and hardcore because sticking a needle in my stomach every day (more likely 3-4 times daily at first, anyway) seemed pretty hardcore to me! I can't stress how reassuring it is to have RadioU and MY music to help encourage and strengthen me on what is the next step in my personal journey. I love you guys more now than ever.

I just thought you guys deserved a thank you for all the encouragement you put out there to get close to God. RadioU has really impacted my life in an amazing way. You see, my parents hardly ever get to see me anymore because of some choices they made in the past, but I still love them very much. Well, on New Year's Eve, my cousin and I went to a few Christian parties and it was actually so much fun. Then in the car, we listened to the U and now I listen non-stop. I have listed to RadioU for several years. Even though I am in my late 40's, I love the music. My wife of 19 years died suddenly in October. Jesus has kept me going and GOD is still on the throne. Raising four kids without her will be hard, but I will always continue to praise HIS Name. HE has used RadioU to minister to me. Hearing people come to know the LORD because of RadioU makes it so important for geezers like me to get on the bandwagon and support RadioU to reach where the church can't.
